Central City Homeownership Grant
The City of Central City and City State Bank, Central City, Iowa are
sponsoring a new Homeownership Grant now through December 31, 2008.
- This program provides down payment and closing cost assistance to
eligible households purchasing 1-4 family homes in the city limits of
Central City.
- Grant funds will be awarded at $1000 per household member up to $5000.
- Financing must be obtained through City State Bank to qualify.
